Royal Bank of Scotland confirms digital review
The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has confirmed that it is to review its digital agency contracts for its own brand and NatWest.
The review, which begins this week, will be overseen by Hazel Cotton, RBS Group sourcing manager for digital agencies and is set to affect Glue Isobar which works with both banks following the consolidation of the account in 2009.
A source from within the bank confirmed that the digital review was set to take place but would not comment further.
