Following the recent appointment of Kirsty Buchanan, former creative director for Reading Room, Rippleffect has revealed that it plan to double its turnover in the next two years, while also opening at Salford Quays near MediaCity.

The Trinity Mirror owned digital agency will also aim to create more than 30 jobs and expand in to search marketing, social media and information architecture.

Ben Hatton, managing director of Rippleffect, explained: “Rippleffect has undergone a major transformation over the past few years, and we’re looking to build on its success by investing further in our services and team.”

Buchanan joined the company as it began to put its expansion plans in place earlier this year.
