Barratt Homes has appointed Boxed Red Marketing to deliver the entire creative marketing strategy for its Bentley Priory development.

The national house-builder appointed the Knutsford-based agency after a four-way pitch, with the company now responsible for delivering an integrated, full-service campaign including provision of brand identity and website development, as well as brochures, signage and advertising once the development is under way.

The Bentley Priory project will comprise 103 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes commanding a price tag of up to £4.5m, with plans to restore the Italian gardens in the parklands to their former glory.

Barratt North London sales director Chris Scarborough said Boxed Red delivered a pitch that was “creative, considered, enthusiastic and perfectly aligned” to its vision of development.

“It over-delivered to the brief” said Scarborough, “and we are excited to consider the long-term relationship we will build with them over the life of the project”.
