Durex global marketing director Megan Harrison has joined Warburtons as its new marketing controller.

Harrison, who left Durex in February after nearly three years at the company, had previously held the role of brand manager for nappy brand Huggies, spending five years at Kimberly Clark.

Harrison will report into Richard Hayes, marketing director at Warburtons and is expected to oversee the brand’s communications strategy across advertising, digital and PR.

Last week it was revealed that Warburtons had chosen to withdraw its regional marketing roster, deciding instead to service the account until at least the end of the year internally instead.
