The Digital Marketing Group and the nine agencies it has bought since opening in 2006 will all now be known as 20:20 following a "total brand review".

The only group agency to retain part of its name is digital creative agency 20:20 London. Dig for Fire, Inbox, Cheeze, Jaywing, Hyperlaunch, Graphico, Cybercom and Gasbox all become 20:20.

As tipped by The Drum, they will all share the new brand identity (pictured) and a collective website, though their own sites will stay active for at least three months "to ensure a smooth transition".

Instead of housing nine distinct brands under one roof, the group will now be split into three parts.

They are 20:20 Agency, a digital creative shop; 20:20 Dialogue, focusing on analytics and direct marketing; and 20:20 Technology, concentrating on "transactional commerce solutions and systems integration".

Ben Langdon, CEO of the 20:20 Group, said: "20:20 has a simple vision. We help clients engage and convert online consumers across multiple touchpoints using a combination of insight, creativity, and technology. Clients either work with us across the piece or hand pick those elements of our service that best suit their needs and ambitions."
