Merger completed between Liquid PR and One Strategic Marketing
A merger has taken place between Liquid Public Relations and One Strategic Marketing.
The resulting business, which will have offices across Birmingham, London, Jersey and Guernsey, will be known as Liquid, and will offer a wider range of services to clients.
Elisabeth Lewis-Jones, chief executive of Liquid, commented: "This is an exciting development for both agencies and creates a multi-jurisdictional consultancy with the skills and expertise to work locally, nationally and internationally. The board of the newly merged agency will include Jason MacKenzie, managing director of One Strategic Marketing, creative director Glen Smith and PR directors Lisa Gutcher and Katrina Bray.
