A new design has been created for the TV channel for Marks & Spencers following a complete rebuild.

Created by video agency Adjust Your Set, the redevelopment of the TV channel aims to improve on its design, usability and functionality in order to increase consumer engagement with the brand.

The bespoke landing page will offer users more content choice and video search functionality in order to navigate across the company’s products, occurring trends and interviews while a larger video screen size is now available, while the channel also offers the ability to navigate through content while watching video at the same time.

"At M&S our online video content has been focused on the eCommerce side of the business and via the fashion shoots and celebrity interviews featured on the channel, it allows customers to see how our clothes would look and move in real life. Innovation is at the very heart of M&S and video is an ideal platform to showcase our products to our customers in the most engaging and relevant way,” explained Simon Wood, head of operations for M&S.

The agency was tasked with the production and management of the online TV channel in 2009.
