Convicted murderer Amanda Knox, currently serving 26 years for the murder of fellow student Meredith Kercher, is again back in court – this time in a bid to block a dramatisation of her crime from being distributed on the net.

Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy was first broadcast by America’s Lifetime network last month but Knox, who has only seen the trailer, said the production: “does not correspond with the truth.”

Knox, who continues to protest her innocence, claims to have been “exploited” by the film and is concerned that an Italian translation of the piece could harm her appeal.

The case was adjourned until July 4.
