Developer Countryside Neptune Properties is about to complete a branding process for its £135 million Liverpool development, Mann Island, which will roll out later this month.

Leeds brand communication agency OnFire Creative has been tasked with creating the branding and all marketing materials for Mann Island, which will be released at the end of March.

Onfire was appointed following a three-way-pitch, which has seen it tasked with overseeing all communications work for the development across channels such as print, online and social media.

Karl Lakin, managing director for OnFire, commented, “This is a building which, situated right in the heart of a world heritage site and next to Liverpool’s famous Three Graces, carries a great deal of significance for the city and its residents. We’re proud to have been awarded such a prestigious project and look forward to delivering a great brand both on and offline.”

The building will host 376 apartments, as well as office space, shops, bars, restaurants and a public art space.
