Waitrose.com launches with integrated campaign

Upmarket supermarket chain Waitrose is expanding its online presence with today’s launch of its new look website, waitrose.com.

Created by Kitcatt Nohr Digitas the campaign is designed to drive online grocery sales with a to the point tagline: “Shop at the new Waitrose.com. Free delivery on every order.”

This message will be communicated through direct mail, press and in store marketing in a month long initiative.

The revamp will improve navigation with a more logical structure and quicker checkout, offering an integrated platform for the retailer’s range of online goods.

Peter Burns, Manager, Online Marketing at Waitrose, commenting on the campaign said; “We’re very proud of the new waitrose.com, and we’re excited to announce its launch. Kitcatt Nohr Digitas’ campaign clearly demonstrates that our new site offers customers all the things they already love about Waitrose.”
