COI to overhaul agency roster
The COI is set to overhaul its agency roster framework and review its main creative rosters in a fortnight’s time following a communications review by the Cabinet Office.
The COI’s creative rosters are currently split by channels such as advertising, digital and direct marketing, but look likely to be reorganised to reflect the restructuring of agencies who work across different media channels.
Mark Cross, communications planning director at the COI, has also been examining ways to better integrate COI’s communications activities across disciplines and the creative roster shake-up follows the centralisation of the Government's media buying in February last year.
The news follows the announcement that COI chief executive Mark Lund’s is to stand down in three months.
The search for a new chief executive will commence once the Cabinet Office review is completed.
