The Co-operative Group to brand headquarters neighbourhood as NOMA
The neighbourhood being build around The Co-operative Group’s old-and-new headquarters is set to undergo a branding exercise from the company.
The £800 million development in Manchester will be branded as NOMA, which the managing director of The Co-operative Estates, Martyn Hulme, has described as being ;a city district like no other’.
Included in the development will be 1.5m sq ft of Grade A office space, including a multistory 400,000 sq ft office building and 500,000 sq ft of leisure and retail space.
The CIS Tower is expected to be retained and will be used as the Co-operative Financial Services headquarters.
