Marketing services agency Kitcatt Nohr is to merge with Digitas, which will see it become part of the Publicis Groupe.
The London marketing services group will become Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, part of global network VivaKi, with the new entity set to combine Kitcatt Nohr’s integrated offering with Digitas’ global presence.
The creative hub of the new entity will remain in London, offering links to 3,5000 creatives, technologies and analysts around the world.
Kitcatt Nohr current employs 68 staff, which will now grow around 150 people, and work with clients such as Body Shop, John Lewis, P&G, Shell, Toyota, Samsung and Waitrose.
The management of the new entitle will be led by Marc Nohr, chief executive officer and Paul Kitcatt, chief creative officer. Both will report to Stephan Beringer, president of Digital International. Sav Evangelou, executive creative director of Digitas London has been promoted to an international role and handed responsibility for several multinational clients, while reporting to Mark Beeching, chef creative officer for Digitas.

Kitcatt Nohr was founded in January 2002 by Paul Kitcatt, and Marc Nohr, Vonnie Alexander and Jeremy Shaw.
