Life Agency has made a trio of senior appointments, including client services director, creative group head and planning director.

The expansion follows an influx of new business wins including GSK and the growth of retained accounts Nestlé Purina and Nivea.

Joining from Carlson Marketing Group, where she was client partner and worked with Coca-Cola GB, Nestle and Muller, Deacon will be responsible for overseeing all client service direction and training and development, in addition to playing a key role in new business for the integrated marketing agency.

Fleming joins from Omnia in Dubai where he held the position of Creative Director. He has also previously for brands including The Famous Grouse, Smirnoff, LURPAK, Anchor, ABSOLUT, RBS, Visit Scotland and Coca Cola during his time at BD Network. He will work alongside Life’s Creative Director Martin Tripp leading strategic creative thinking across all Life Agency clients.

Broughton (pictured) joins the Life team as the agency’s new Planning Director having previously worked for Dig For Fire, McCann Erikson and Boots.

David Poole, Managing Director said of the expansion: “2010 has been a great year for us. It’s our third year and our momentum continues apace. We picked up a number of awards culminating in the MAA Best Newcomer Award and this has made our new business and recruitment drives more productive as we continue to raise our profile.

"The addition of Rachel, Neil and Mark to the team is the fore-runner of a hunt for talent to ensure we are making the most of the many exciting opportunities opening up to us.”
