Thomas Kalak Bangkok Power Lines: The Drum's Pic of the Week

The Drum team were particularly taken by this pic by German photographer Thomas Kalak which appeared on John Thackara's blog.

Featuring the Bangkok power lines it captures the best in what we consider to be ambient Chip Shop Advertising. If only perm's were still fashionable there is no doubt these power lines could be pressed into service again for another ad. The picture is part of a Kalak exhbition which takes place at the Munster Art Museum from March 19.
