Cosmetics giant L’Oreal is embarking upon a review of its UK customer relationship management account in a bid to better engage with consumers.

A pitch for the account will be held next month ahead of a campaign launch in the run up to Easter.

The winning agency will be tasked with overseeing direct mail and digital channels for the Garnier, Maybelline and L’Oreal brands.

L’Oreal currently employs McCann Erickson, Publicis and Skive for its advertising and digital business.

The move follows a shake up of the make up firms marketing team which saw Jeremy Schwartz appointed as general manager for the Garnier and Maybelline brands and Marc Menesguen as chief marketing officer.
