Diet Pepsi to squeeze into “skinny” can

Coke may have got there first with Coke Zero but now Pepsi are set to outdo them with a size zero can.

Diet Pepsi’s “skinny” can has been released to coincide with the NY Fashion Week and is described by the manufacturer as “taller” and “sassier” in “celebration of beautiful, confident women.”

The cola rivals are looking to corner the diet drinks market by producing a can which is as tall and slim as its drinkers wish to be.

It adds an extra inch in height to the dimensions of a standard drinks can whilst reducing its girth.

Whether the fizzy drink proves to be the last straw for more rotund drinkers remains to be seen.
