Carlsberg has invited three international agencies to pitch for a new global digital brief as the beer brand seeks to connect with younger drinkers.

The winning agency will be tasked with creating a digital campaign to run across all major markets, but Jakob Kalbar added that the brewer is also “"in dialogue with other agencies to support us on various initiatives".

Carlsberg’s existing relationship with Saatchi & Saatchi, the agency which brought together sporting heroes Sir Trevor Brooking, Jack Charlton and Stuart Pearce to deliver "Probably the best team talk in the world", will be unaffected by the move.
