The Halifax has appointed Adam & Eve to handle its advertising business, which means it will move from DLKW Lowe, which handled the account for the last 10 years.

Over that period the agency had created a serious of memorable – and to some irritating campaigns – which featured Halifax staff, including Howard.

The most recent campaign, which broke in January was based round a fictional radio station, Halifax FM where members of staff broadcast messages to customers.

Launched in September the pitch process also involved Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R and Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO.

However, it was then put on hold to allow DLKW Lowe to create the latest campaign.
