INKredible app created by Hedgehog Lab
A mobile phone app for ink cartridge company INKredible has been created by Hedgehog Lab.
The iNeed Ink app has been created by the Newcastle development company to offer a mobile commerce solution, allowing customers to order ink cartridges through their mobile phones.
Darren Pegram, managing director of INKredible, commented: “We believe we’re the first in our sector to offer our customers an iPhone app designed to grow our market share by retaining those customers who we might otherwise lose to a traditional retailer when they need a fast turnaround.
“With the help of hedgehog lab INKredible is embracing new technology, making the firm a fast moving, agile company. And by tapping into the novelty that currently exists around iPhone and using Apps, we are ensuring that our customers can get printer cartridges quickly, at a good price.”
Hedgehog is also currently developing apps for a range of clients including Grainger plc and Nissan UK.
