Gary: Tank Commander targets iPhone users
Scottish comedy show Gary: Tank Commander has launched an iPhone app created by Glasgow-based Ludometrics.
The free app, developed by Ludometrics' David Thompson, features the pick of Gary's quotes as he adjusts from Mid Lothian to the Middle East and allows fans to ask him questions by shaking Gary's Mystic Ball.
April Chamberlain, managing director of the show's production company The Comedy Unit, said: "The new digital platforms represent an exciting opportunity for us to explore new ways of delivering great comedy shows like Gary Tank Commander to a wider audience and we’re hoping that the legions of Gary’s fans will enjoy the exclusive, bespoke material has been specially created for them to enjoy in this format.”
