Brighton and Hove City Council is set to tender for creation of a framework for the provision of its recruitment advertising, marketing and communications.
The tender will see the successful agency tasked with on-and-off-line recruitment advertising, media and job board purchase, design and creativity/reputation development and copy production, including press release and promotional information.
The budget for initial three-year-framework, which could include a two-year extension, will fall between £5m and £12m with between five and seven agencies set to be invited to tender.
Requests to participate in the tender will be accepted until 8 February.
