Having sold his remaining shares in premium crisp brand Tyrrells Crisps, William Chase is set to launch a series of limited edition vodka next year through Chase Vodka.

The entrepreneur, who launched Tyrrels in 2002, sold his remaining shares in the company to private equity firm Langholm Capital earlier this week and will now concentrate on building his vodka brand, Chase Vodka

The majority stake of the business was sold to Langholm in 2008 by Chase who was looking to launch his distillery and quality vodka brand.

His next step will be to release a series of quality vodka over the next year and grow the company.

“I am now divorced from Tyrrell's and feel broken hearted saying goodbye to my baby, however it is time for me to move on and focus all my energies into developing Chase Distillery, which is now firmly established and has huge potential,” commented Chase.
