Customer loyalty and CRM agency uber has picked up two new clients in the hair and beauty sector.

The Manchester firm has been hired by Great Lengths, the hair extensions brand, to help it "grow and enhance" its customer base.

It will carry out an "extensive research project" reviewing the UK's hair extensions market before developing a loyalty and salon support programme to boost customer numbers.

Tommy's Hair Company, meanwhile, has entered into a "long-term" arrangement with uber as it looks to expand and open further branches.

The current British Salon of the Year will work with uber to improve its "customer retention and acquisition".

"Their existing customer care programme is renowned throughout the hairdressing industry and together we believe we can cultivate something exclusive, innovative and quirky to tie in with the fabulous Tommy’s brand," said uber MD, Sarah Cross.
