Tesco UK brings in Candidate Manager for e-Recruitment
Software company Candidate Manager has signed a deal with Tesco UK for its e-Recruitment process.
The €236,000 deal will see Candidate Manager handle the supermarket chain’s online hiring practices and roll-out recruitment software across it stores and Tesco Customer call centres in the UK & Ireland.
The company has worked with Tesco Ireland since 2006.
Geoff Byrne, change director for Tesco Ireland, commented; “Candidate Manager provides Tesco with the perfect tool to enable us to recruit the best talent from the market place, with a reduced amount of time needed to process and shortlist applicants. This allows us to recruit the correct candidate for a role within Tesco in a short time frame, which ultimately leads to a great customer experience in our stores. We are delighted that through working with Tesco in Ireland, Candidate Manager has now signed a contract to provide the same great recruitment service for Tesco UK.”
