Former Player X CEO and co-founder Tony Pearce has announced the launch of TeePee Games, a portal which helps players to find games on social networks, mobile game stores and via the thousands of Flash game sites online.

TeePee Games is a discovery portal which empowers players to find the best games on social networks such as Facebook, mobile game stores such as the Google Marketplace, and via the hundreds of thousands of Flash game sites online. Users are provided with a single place online where they locate and store all their games. TeePee Games integrates with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and MySpace so users can manage all their online experiences in one place.

Joining Pearce on TeePee Games' board as chairman is Nick Alexander, former CEO of Sega Europe and games industry stalwart. Simon Jones, former GameJacket managing director and co-founder of marketing agency, Peppermint P, takes up the role as chief commercial officer and Charles McLeod, managing director of mobile monetisation platform Metaflow joins as a non-executive director.

Tony Pearce, CEO and co-founder of TeePee Games said: “The problem is very clear, game players are simply not finding new games because the top 20 dominates each category. TeePee Games has built an incredible discovery engine, a cross between Amazon’s recommendation engine and Apple Genius. It learns and grows with the user, building a detailed profile of what the user has played across different gaming platforms and in turn recommends the ‘best in class’ games content, selected for them personally.”

TeePee Games have already signed up many games for launch and are actively talking to game developers and publishers across Facebook, mobile and online flash games.
