Electronics retailer Maplin has appointed search agency Epiphany to help improve its SEO and conversion rates.

Leeds-based Epiphany won the account after a competitive three-way pitch.

It will now carry out an "extensive architecture review" of Maplin's site before starting the SEO push.

Shane Quigley, chief executive at Epiphany, said: "Following our initial site architecture review, we will then recommend and implement an in-depth SEO campaign and look forward to seeing the resultant uplift in both site traffic and search engine rankings very soon.”
