TK Maxx tasks SK Events with Christmas experiential campaign

A Christmas experiential campaign for clothing retailer TK Maxx is to be carried out by SK Events.

The Liverpool events and publicity consultancy will handle the campaign based on the forthcoming TV advert, and will see TK Maxx welcome guests to its stores on a late-night shopping evenings across Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Dublin, Cork and Galway.

A host of in-store helpers will also be employed to guide shoppers to gift ranges, carry their bags, offer neck and head massages, demonstrate top toys, offer style advice and keep the kids entertained.

Denise Harris, events director for SK, explained: “The objective of the campaign is communicate that TK Maxx is there to relieve the stress and strain of Christmas – from helping customers choose the perfect gift, to providing them with style tips for the festive season.”

The activity is scheduled to start in TK Maxx’s Liverpool Church Street store on 11 November.
