The website for Chill Factor has been redesigned by Jamcre8tive to include a refreshed look for the indoor real snow centre site.

The site has also been designed to include integration with Facebook ‘like’ and Twitter re-tweet buttons across the news and events pages.

Stephen Evans, chief executive of Chill Factor, commented: “Guest satisfaction is of paramount importance at Chill Factor and we are always looking to ensure we deliver the best experience for everyone. The changes to the website, made as a result of guest feedback and using data from our web analytics, will make it quicker and easier for users to access information and book snow activities.

“There has long been a strong sense of community at Chill Factor, both amongst snowsports enthusiasts and those looking to try out skiing and snowboarding for the first time. We hope to use the new website to continue to develop this community online, with links to Facebook and Twitter enabling our guests to let their friends and followers know which events they are looking to attend.

“We are also looking to expand our presence in social networks. We already tweet @chill_factore and were recently rated as Manchester’s top leisure services Twitter account in a report by the E Word.”
