Devon County Council has compiled an agency framework to aid the Corporate Communications Unit with its communications.

The framework will aim to help the corporate communications team with its strategic plan and achieve its key aims of reflecting the values of the council and keep citizens informed with various services being used from promotional agencies to media buyers.

As a result, advertising agency RH Advertising, RSCG Riley, Golley Slater and Space will handle integrated duties, while media buying duties will be supplied by Derby based McConnells Midlands, RH Advertising and Thomas Media Consultants.

Audio visual and broadcast production services will be handled by KOR Communications, Pure Brand Media, Wide Eye Communications and CMC TV.

Market research and campaign evaluation services have been given to Power Marketing, RH Advertising and Resource Futures, while Strategic public and press relations will see Coast Communications and Marketing work alongside KOR Communications, Golley Slater and Admiral PR.

In total, 47 enquiries were received about the framework.
