North Down Borough Council seeks recruitment and public notice ad suppliers

North Down Borough Council in Northern Ireland is to seek a supplier for the provision of display, recruitment and public notice advertising services.

A tender process is set to be undertaken to appoint a contractor or several companies to carry out all of the Council’s display, recruitment and public notice advertising until the end of November 2011. The contract maybe extended for a further twelve months on two occasions following the expiry of the initial contract.

The contract will be divided into two lots; the first for display advertising will include in-house designed adverts by the Council’s graphic designers, with whom the successful applicant must liaise.

Display advertising will include North Down Borough Council Tourism adverts, Spring Clean Week, etc…

This Lot will be divided into ‘sublots’ across Belfast telegraph, County down spectator, Ards chronicle, Holy wood advertiser, North down advertiser, News letter, Daily mirror and Irish news.

Lot 2 will oversee recruitment and public notice advertising which are currently published within the Belfast Telegraph, Holywood Advertiser, North Down Advertiser and other publications when required.

The deadline for requests to participate is 4 October.
