Celebrity chef Nick Nairn has launched a new consulting division with the support of theLane agency, an initiative intented to offer guidance to businesses wishing to enhance their food offering.
Completion of a Nairn devised improvement programme will allow participants to apply the Nairn brand to their business.
theLane agency helped launch this venture by delivering marketing strategy development, brand development, marketing implementation planning, collateral development, market segmentation and profiling, and targeted marketing activity - on and offline.
The Edinburgh based agency has also created the www.nicknairn.tv website in order to showcase Nairn’s various guises as celebrity chef, teacher, brand ambassador and lobbyist.
A supplement promoting Nairn’s philosophy on preparing low cost, healthy meals for Scottish families will also be bundled with The Sun newspaper.
