Webuyanycar appoints R.O.EYE for affiliate duties

Webuyanycar.com is planning an "aggressive affiliate marketing programme" to complement its ongoing TV, radio and social media campaigns.

The used car buyer, known for its ubiquitous jingle, has hired Manchester agency R.O.EYE to setup and run the affiliate campaign following a three-way pitch.

Paul Coulter, head of marketing at Webuyanycar, said: "We are looking to expand our affiliate programme very quickly. It’s anarea which hasn’t been utilised and one we want to fast track into."

Mark Kuhillow, managing director of R.O.EYE, added: "“Webuyanycar.com is one of the biggest automotive advertisers in the UK which invests heavily in online and social media to promote its business.

“It makes perfect strategic sense to maximise opportunities from the affiliate channel, where we’ll be increasing online brand awareness and driving sales.”
