McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Burger King - A look at how brands use Facebook

As social media continues to be the marketing buzz word that all agencies claim their clients must be using in order to grow their brand communications, The Drum decided to have a look at how some brands were using Facebook.

The experience turned out a little underwhelming with few brands particularly active on their own pages.

Looking at Facebook pages such as Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Tennent's, Woolworths and some others, the amount of attention and content uploaded varied widely.

To see a report of the activity (or lack of) on each Facebook page from selected brands, check the MiNetwork site.
