The World's Best Hotels looks for loyalty with uber

Manchester agency uber has been appointed customer loyalty specialists for hotel recommendation services The Chic Collection and The World's Best Hotels.

The agency's brief is to "enhance customer experience and maximise client retention and acquisition."

Sarah Cross, uber's managing director, said: “The travel industry is a very competitive market, with customers being very savvy and selective in what they want.

"An innovative loyalty strategy will allow The Chic Collection and The World’s Best Hotels to provide their customers with something a little bit different and ensure their clients keep coming back year on year.”
