Energy supplier E.ON has tasked experiential marketing agency RPM to devise a strategy which will help the brand reach consumers directly.

The London company has been handed the brief of managing and implementing an experiential strategy for E.ON which will kick off with the ‘Talking Energy Live’ tour which will see members of the public invited to talk about energy matters.

The events will include a number of organisations dealing in fuel poverty and energy efficiency as well as politics, which will work with E.ON to help answer people’s energy questions.

Jeremy Davies, director of brand and communications at E.ON UK, said: “For too long energy companies have been telling customers what they think about energy now it’s time for customers to have their say. We’re confident that by working with RPM we’ll be able to bring a range of highly engaging consumer experiences to life, which will help the nation get energy fit.”

The first event was held last week and will move around England over the next month.
