New Ronseal site aims to improve DIY experience
A new customer-focused website for DIY brand Ronseal has been developed by Principles and MadeByPi which aims to offer users ‘a no-nonsense’ experience.
The site, called ‘Ronseal Recommends’ advices customers on their DIY requirements and has been designed to offer a quick navigation experience to users who will be directed to the appropriate product for their needs and find useful advice for different DIY jobs.
Also included is product information and an area of Frequently Asked Questions and DIY guides and tips.
Kate Hodge, product manager for Ronseal said: “The world of DIY can be quite confusing without the right advice and guidance. The new website simplifies the process for customers by assisting them in making the right purchase decisions.”
