The Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau is looking for an agency to handle several integrated advertising campaigns for a potential period of five years.

The organisation, which promotes Belfast as a leisure and business destination, is seeking an agency to create seasonal campaigns, carrier campaigns and product-specific campaigns for festivals, music, art and food events.

The budget is approximately £2,500,000 over the life of the contract and will see the appointed agency provide the full mix of integrated and campaign services including media planning and buying, advertising, collateral design, production, print and e-solutions.

The contract is intended to begin during October for an initial three-year-period, with a potential extention of two years, subject to the availability of funding, effectiveness of the pilot and satifactory performance based on an annual review.

Between five and eight agencies will be involved in the tender process with the deadline for requests of documents set as 17 July.
