Christie cancer centre appoints BJL to ad account
The Christie cancer centre has appointed Manchester agency BJL to handle its advertising account on a three-year contract.
BJL came through a tender process and final round pitch involving four undisclosed Manchester rivals to land the account.
The Christie, which is based in Manchester, is renowned as an international leader in cancer research and treats over 40,000 patients a year. It is well known in the north west for its regular fundraising drives for extra patient services and research.
Lisa Tomlinson, planning director at BJL, said: "We consider it a privilege to be working with the team at The Christie and supporting the strategy for the Trust. The agency is absolutely delighted with this win.”
