Man City FC scores at Roses Ad Awards
They may have missed out on Champion's League football on Wednesday night but Man City didn't miss out last night as the marketing team scooped the Grand Prix at the Roses Advertising Awards.

The club won the award for its Welcome to Manchester poster, created to taunt rivals Manchester United at the beginning of the season, featuring striker Carlos Tevez, who they signed from their city rivals.
The poster also picked up a Gold prize in the Unusual Size of Special Build category.
Meanwhile, Propaganda won the Chairman’s Award for its work on the Sophie Lancaster Foundation, ‘Dark Angel’ campaign, also winning Gold in the Best Campaign produced for 20k or Less category.
Gold went to BJL in the Press Category for its ‘An Evening With…’ campaign, promoting its own exhibition in The Lowry.
The campaign also won gold for Best Press Advert for ‘An Evening with Ricky Hatton’ and a Bronze in the same category with ‘An Evening with the One and Many Alistair McGowan’.
CheethamBell JWT was a Gold winner in the Radio Campaign category for its Scruffs campaign, which also won Gold for the category for Best Radio Commercial over 30 Seconds
Refinery also struck Gold in the Financial, Professional or Trade Advert category for its Dulux Trade work on ‘Heritage’.
