Gloucestershire College is to tender for companies to handle the printing and related services for its marketing department.

The department typically requires activities within 2-5 working days, from initial conception through to delivery and is looking to work with companies able to work to strict deadlines. The suppliers will also be tasked with key deliverables and provide suggestions for improvement/cost savings.

Handled by the College’s Procurement team, the tender will be split into two Lots – Litho Printing and digital printing – as it looks to ensure that it receives best vale for money from the two differing methods of printing although companies can apply for both Lots.

The contract length is set at 36 months with a minimum of 10 suppliers expected to be invited to participate in the process, a number which will be reduced during the tender.

Deadline for requests to participate falls on 24 May, with invitations to tender set to be dispatched on 2 June.
