Warrington agency Latitude Express is targeting SMEs and entrepreneurs with a new "Facebook advertising service".

Because people list their likes and dislikes on Facebook, Latitude says the social network offers "unrivalled targeting options". It will be offering the new service alongside its existing pay per click and SEO services.

Rob Weatherhead, operations director of Latitude Express, said: "Facebook advertising is an extremely powerful and cost effective behavioural targeting medium that complements search engine marketing activity.

"Not only does it enable small business owners to precisely target customers but also reach out to them for a fraction of the cost of other forms of advertising."
