As part of its new digital marketing strategy, house builder Redrow has launched a website, and has tasked Rippleffect with the handling of its online marketing.

The Liverpool digital agency has been involved in analyzing consumer tenders through the use of a three month user group with external stakeholders in order to form the company’s online strategy.

The result included a new website, email marketing and CMS system with a focus on consumer needs and those of potential buyers.

Features include ‘My Redrow’ which manages individual’s property interests, a search function which uses type, location and postcode to find individual preferences and ‘See Redrow’ which allows virtual tours to be taken of the company’s homes.

Anya Nalter at Redrow, said: “Time is something most of us don’t have enough of and we understand how consuming it is to find a new property. The new website aims to reduce the time spent searching and address the questions buyers have.

“The site’s viewing tool allows buyers to look inside the properties before physically visiting them. This helps individuals avoid spending time visiting and viewing properties that don’t match their requirements.”

Andrew Binns, senior business development manager at Rippleffect, added: “By engaging the user groups and assessing their likes and dislikes when searching for homes and property news online, we were able to create content that easily informs the buyer, improves the process and makes the buying decision easier.”
