Unfortunately I agree. I was looking forward to looking at the nominations. What a waste of 3 minutes.

I can't believe that this is really the best stuff to be submitted, the "cowboys and indians" gag Saatchi's lay claim to has been doing the rounds for at least 25 years.

Maybe it's the judges, not the work, we should be questioning.

Yep the work this year is shit having picked up a few chips and vinegars over the years, I feel I should have entered any 'ol crap this year and picked up a few more.

Since the Chipshop started it was always a pleasure to see the work, some brilliant stuff produced.

Still they will make money from all the entries but that's the chipshop dying slowly for me

I think there are a couple of really nice things in there. But a lot of it is average at best (like the accordian bendy bus). So the comments section is just for nice comments is it 10:25? Oh dear. I think a few people are just wondering what the point of Chip Shop is. More expensive than Roses to enter, and with inferior work for made up clients. Hmm.

A lot of this work shows why we need clients. The ad industry, unfettered and left to its own devices proves itself to be puerile, vulgar and undemanding of its own standards.
