Nicky Iapino, former managing director of AdLink, has agreed to join R.O.EYE as a non-executive director.

Iapino joins the Manchester affiliate management agency with the remit of helping it expand it's blue-chip client base which recently added eBay, academic bookseller Blackwell UK and footwear retail Scholl to its list.

Philip Hunt, former CEO of digital agency Wheel, is the company’s other non-executive member of R.O.EYE’s board.

“Nicky is one of the leading lights of affiliate marketing in the UK and her experience will be invaluable as we look to further our ambitions over the next three to five years,” said Mark Kuhillow, managing director of R.O.EYE.

“There are massive opportunities in the performance marketing space for solid management companies and R.O.EYE is well-placed to capitalise on these,” said Iapino. “We’ll be cementing the company’s position in the marketplace and growing its blue-chip client base.”
