Smarts promoting NHS Education for Scotland Using Information Project
NHS Education for Scotland is looking to encourage engagement and involvement with its Using Information Improving Healthcare website, having appointed Smarts to promote the resource.
The site is for use by clinicians and features digests and stories from across the NHS in Scotland as well as International parties.
Smarts has been tasked with collecting and creating content for the site in order to encourage a greater awareness of the importance of using information and drive knowledge-sharing of service improvements amongst clinicians working for the NHS and the wider health community around the world.
The site is part of a partnership between NHS Education Knowledge Services Group and Scottish Government eHealth Directorate and aims to support NHS Scotland’s vision that patients receive the right care from clinicians.
Susie Davidson, director of Smarts, explained: “The Using Information website is a pivotal platform for clinicians to share their experiences and relevant information with colleagues and peers from across the NHS and is important to the wider eHealth strategy.”
