Car care company Meguiars has launched its newly redeveloped website, created by Macclesfield agency Verve.

Following a competitive pitch, the agency has developed a site which includes a new content management system which can be updated in house by the client. Other features include tips on classic car restoration, a discussion forum area, a gallery of restored cars and an events calendar.

David Pykett, European distribution manager of Meguiar's, explained: “Verve came through on a number of criteria but primarily they offered a website solution which simplifies the ongoing updating, management and ensures the expansion of a large and complex site whilst being able to implement design concepts that reflect our brand coherently. On completion, we will end up with a solution that can be updated without the knowledge of html or the capacity of design but which still stays true to our brand guidelines.”
