The Drum website reports highest ever website statistics
The Drum website has enjoyed its highest number of daily visits ever, in a month where the number of unique vistors to the site totalled 81,000
Over the course of the last four weeks The Drum had a total of 81,000 unique visitors according to the same analysis, which also confirms that the website is attracting over 567,000 page views a month.
Even in terms of less robust monitoring systems such as Alexa, The Drum is now the largest website to serve the market outside London – its nearest rival is ranked 300 places behind.
The site also now has 26,000 registered users, a total that is now growing by 1,000 every month.
The website has enjoyed exponential growth over the last 12 months (Jan-Dec) reporting a total of 1.2m visits (up 97% year-on-year) and over 6m page views (up 56% year-on-year).
Driving this growth has been continued investment in the online product. The Drum now routinely breaks over 20 stories every day.
Said publisher Gordon Young, “What is particularly encouraging is that this rate of growth shows no signs of abating. I think we are one of the few publishing companies that welcomes this new digital age; it allows us to serve our readership more effectively than ever before.”
