Big Yellow set for online push with Blueleaf Digital

Self storage business Big Yellow is to market its offering online in a bid to drive greater retention having appointed Blueleaf Digital to reach its customer base.

The client has tasked the Cheshire agency to a project to ‘delve deeply’ into the company’s customer base, according to Rob Smith, head of digital at Blueleaf Digital.

Rob Strachan of Big Yellow, explained further: “Blueleaf Digital has been challenged with the brief of creating highly targeted email campaigns to encourage customers to return time and again to use our services.”

Blueleaf Digital was formed when then company recently restructured when it divided into two divisions - the other being Blueleaf Creative.
