The Herald moves production to Yorkshire
Production of Newsquest's Glasgow based broadsheet newspaper The Herald is set to move from Glasgow to Yorkshire.
Sub-editing will now be provided by the Press Association (PA) for news and features as is the case with sister newspaper The Evening Times.
Tony Watson, managing director of the Press Association, explained: “The deals are great examples of how our Pages service can be tailored to the different needs of newspaper titles. We offer the reassurance of pages produced with customers’ values, style and standards and, particularly important in the current economic climate, cost benefits made possible through economies of scale.”
